Paperwork turn in/ Payments/ Gear handout ** All players must attend**

All players must turn in completed paperwork (physical, parent packet, GCYFL form, volunteer hours form) and pay any outstanding fees. If all fees are paid in full your player will receive their equipment for the season. 

Gear Deposit check - you will be required to leave a posted dates Dec. 1, 2017 check for $200 for equipment. At the end of the season when all your equipment is returned you will receive your check back. 

Volunteer Deposit check - you will be required to leave a volunteer hours check for $80. At the end of the season when you have completed your mandatory volunteer hours you will receive this check back as well. If you do not show for your scheduled time, at the end of the season your check will be cashed.
